Larry Downs, Owner
After playing collegiate baseball at Point Loma Nazarene, Larry began working in the auction industry in 1980. He received his real estate license in 2001 and founded Downs Realty in 2005. Larry spends his free time snowmobiling, hunting and working on his never ending classic car restorations.
Debi Downs, Owner
After 20 years of coaching high school volleyball, Debi stepped down to focus more on the growing family business. She is an Idaho real estate agent with Downs Realty and the financial manager for Downs Auction.
Dustin Downs, Operations Manager
Dustin graduated from the Golf Academy of America in 2010 and received his Idaho Real Estate license in 2011. He is the operations manager for Downs Auction and assists with real estate auctions. Dustin is an avid snowmobiler and loves to golf, hunt, and camp.
Dan Coleman, Broker
Dan Coleman is the broker for Downs Realty, LLC. He has 28 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in both Idaho and Oregon. Dan has been our associate broker since 2021 in both Idaho and Oregon. Dan is a graduate of Eastern Oregon University.
Brendan Scott, Auctioneer
Brendan is a contract auctioneer with Downs Auction and an Oregon realtor with Downs Realty. He lives in Vale, OR and helps manage his family’s cattle ranch. Brendan sells for dealer car auctions as well and travels the northwest doing benefit auctions for various hunting organizations.
